A growing segment of our business is the Auto-Bay Curtain Systems for collision repair facilities. The division of a body shop’s floor space can increase productivity by allowing work processes to be separate yet simultaneous. The innovative design of Wilson Industries’ Auto-Bay Curtains is providing many collision repair facilities with this option. By creating multiple work stations in one shop, the necessary activities for automobile preparation can continue side-by-side.

Auto-Bay Curtains are manufactured from the combination of heavy-duty clear vinyl and durable 'Rip-Stop' vinyl to provide excellent longevity in service. Only Wilson utilizes electronic sealing of the curtain to provide extra strength, reinforcing side hems to eliminate stress point failure, and a double pocket hem (the pocket farthest from the floor holds weighted chain) to protect the curtain from floor abrasion.

When combined with our variety of two-wheel roller track hardware products, complete system designs are an easy task. Auto-Bay Curtains can be ordered in an assortment of colors. Wilson’s Auto Welding Blankets
Welding Blankets are made to size from heat-resistant materials to provide protection from sparks, spatter and slag generated by welding or metal-cutting applications. Wilson has pioneered the use of many fiberglass fabrics as we continue the search for asbestos replacements.

The proper selection of welding blanket material depends on factors including durability, melting temperature, weight, abrasion resistance and workability. The specific application helps pinpoint the most appropriate welding blanket for the best protection.

Our research and experience has helped us categorize the best materials for different applications. Available from our stock of more than 24 materials:

• Products for protection from sparks and minimal spatter (light duty)
• Protection from sparks and heavy spatter (medium duty)
• Protection from molten slag generated by metal-cutting (heavy duty)
